The drywall in the bathroom is getting repair this week - about time!

We are less then 3 weeks until my in tune friend gets married and less the 3 months until our trip of a lifetime! All is coming together and I can't wait!

Flood...

Came home from work today and our bathroom is flooded - water constantly dripping from the ceiling vent. The floor is soaked and it is starting to trickle into the hall...good grief. I called the PM and am waiting for a call back and a handyman to arrive. Maybe I am nuts but the drips seems to be getting faster....

Moving - yes please!

Dude just came and needs to send a different guy because it is something more then he expected. He told me to be prepared for the ceiling to fall down - good f**kin' times...

Happy New Year...

It is 2010! Hard to believe and so exciting. TG and I were happy to move on from 2009 because while it started off amazing - it had too many downs and not enough ups. 2010 promises to be an eventful year and I am optimistic that there will be more ups then downs for us, our friends and our families.

Today is my birthday. I am 28. I got to have a great dinner and evening out with some of my closest friends at a new restaurant in town. I got to wake up with TG and not go to work. We lazed around, did some errands and just had a nice afternoon together. He spoiled me. Not only am I blogging from my new laptop, I get to workout with my new Wii fit whenever I please! I feel very lucky and look forward to trying it all out. The kitties also got me some hair rollers to match the ones I got for Christmas - the idea being that they can travel and I will do my own hair for the wedding...

Speaking of which - it is about 100 days away! We have everyone booked and things are all falling into place. The ladies are now dressed! We got some cute and casual dresses online and we should have them in the next couple weeks - now we just have to get the men dressed and we will be good to go!

Eating right and getting my exercise in IS my focus for the next couple months! My dress is a huge motivation for me and thanks to my in tune friend, I will get to pick it up this weekend - little nervous but feel good overall.

Through it all - the good and the bad - I still feel lucky. I am surround by good people and look forward to everything.
